THE MARKETING MANAGER (EMPLOYER BRANDING) ROLE
In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies that promote our employer branding services to clients operating in a variety of sectors and regions. You will work closely with clients to understand their employer branding objectives, ensuring that every campaign and project is designed to meet their specific requirements and deliver measurable results. Leveraging your background in recruitment or employer branding, you will manage projects from initial planning through to successful delivery, ensuring that our clients’ brands are positioned effectively in the marketplace and that their talent attraction goals are achieved.
MARKETING MANAGER (EMPLOYER BRANDING) ESSENTIAL SKILLS
- Proven experience in marketing management, with a demonstrated ability to deliver impactful and results-driven campaigns.
- Experience within recruitment or employer branding, providing insight into the unique challenges and opportunities of this field.
- Strong communication and client management skills, enabling you to build trust, understand client needs, and maintain productive relationships.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritising tasks and ensuring that all deadlines and objectives are consistently met.
- Proficiency with relevant marketing tools, including Adobe, to support the creation, execution, and analysis of campaigns and projects.
